Booking Requirements
- Original Passport Minimum Sir (6) Month’s Validity from the date of departure.
- 4 Passport Size Photos Color with white Background (For Ladies forehead & Ears should be visible)
- Pan Card & Aadhar Card copy must require.
Cancellation
- Once Hajj Visa Issued Zero package refund policy apply.
- Once ticket Issued from airlines ticket Non refundable depending on airlines policy.
- 14 days prior to departure full amount will be Non refundable as per Hajj policy.
- Before Hajj Visa Issued Due to any medical emergency or death need to submit medical certificate or death certificate.

- For Hajj 2026 Booking, Inital deposit half of the package amount is required.
- As per Hajj Package amount are fixed and Non Negotiable. Hajj Package are per person based on 1$ USD Dollar Equivalent 82/- INR and Average cost of economy Ticket cost 90,000/-INR, any fluctuation will be paid by the pilgrim only.
- Services in Mina, Arafat and Musdalifa organized by service providers company & ministry of Hajj.
- Location in Mina Zone & Tents, attached bathroom, sofa cum beds etc can be recalled any time, even the day of your stay in mina, AL HIRA Management are not responsible.
- Hajj Visa processing it will take 7 to 8 working days, Tickets issued after Hajj Visa only.
- Baggage allowance in economy class and business class as per airlines policy. any over weight of baggage Pilgrimage only responsible.
- Reporting time at airport at the time of departure of flight pilgrimage have to report at airport 5 hours before departure.
- Stander time check inn 17:00 hrs & Check out 11:00 hrs time as hotel policy.
- Hotel rooms allotment in makkah & madina as per hotel policy.
- All Hajj Package Schedule as per Hijri Calendar in case any date are changes as we follow.
- As per the 2026 Hajj Policy if any changes are coming from Ministry of Hajj & Umrah if they implements Nusuk platform in India we need to follow.
- All Payment proper through Bank like cheque / bank transfers.
